Pilates is an exercise method designed to:

An exercise that is suitable for anyone, even those with issues such as back pain or neck problems etc. I previously, had shoulder and neck issues and learning how to stabilise those areas has alleviated them completely. Pilates can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level, and offers a safe form of exercise for pregnant women.
