About the Swedish Massage
Swedish gymnast Per Henrik Ling brought therapeutic massage to Europe at the end of the 19th century. He cured himself of rheumatism and developed a system based on physiology, gymnastic movements and massage.
In the 1960’s Massage therapy was adapted into a holistic treatment. Massage has many benefits and helps a variety of conditions.
