PILATES

 

This class continues to develop your strength, flexibility and endurance and increase your knowledge of the Pilates method. Small equipment such as resistance bands and balls may be used to both challenge and assist. The end result is a healthier body and mind. Suitable for the more advanced exerciser.  Please get in touch to discuss which class is right for you.

Healthy Backs

 

This friendly, functional class uses the principles of Pilates and Somatics to help keep you mobile, flexible and strong. Targeted exercise, releases tension and stiffness allowing you to move better. Moves are adapted to suit each person as required. Suitable for ALL especially anyone diagnosed with non-specific low back pain.

MINDFUL PILATES

 

This is a gentle, relaxing class where we work in a mindful way using Somatic movement techniques alongside Pilates exercise to release tight muscles. You will learn simple yet effective movements that can help manage chronic pain, improve flexibility and reduce muscular tension and stress.

You will finish the class feeling more relaxed but strong and grounded. 

WAKE UP AND MOVE

 

This early morning Pilates session gets your day off to a flying start with a Pilates flow of mobilising and energising moves. 

Private Lessons

 

1-1 or  2-1  Individual Pilates sessions are ideal to establish the Basic Principles of Pilates, to have a session at a time to suit you or if there are any specific issues, injuries or medical requirements.

PRE & POST NATAL

 

Pilates during Pregnancy and Post Nataly can be extremely beneficial by helping to strengthen abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles without straining joints. The breathing aids relaxation and may assist during childbirth and post birth in helping to restore the body. Private sessions are bookable at a time to suit you.  get in touch to book.

Costs

ALL classes are booked and paid in advance by monthly bank transfer.

Group Classes

£48/month for 1 class per week

£68/month for 2 classes per week

Private Lessons

£50/hr pay as you go with discounts for block bookings see studio page. Discounts available for 4 or more Individual sessions booked and paid in advance.
