Mindful Pilates

A unique combination of Hanna Somantic movement technipue with Pilates exercises. The class gives you a full nody workout and helps to clear your mind.

This class helps you to connect with your body. In the first part of the class you will learn simple yet effective movements that can help manage chronic pain, imporove flexibilty and reduce muscular tension and stress. For the second half of the class we will transition into the Pilates repertoire.

Healthy Backs

This is a friendly, functional class using the principles of Pilates and Somatics to help keep you mobile, flexible and strong. Targeted exercise, releases tension and stiffness and allowing you to move better.

Moves are adapted to suit each person as required.

Suitable for anyone diagnosed with non-specific low back pain.

Pregnancy Pilates

Pilates during Pregnancy can be extremely beneficial by helping to strengthen abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles without straining joints. The breathing aids relaxation and may assist during childbirth.

Private sessions are bookable at a time to suit you.  get in touch to book.

Post Natal Pilates

These sessions help new Mums lose their baby tummy, tone the pelvic floor, strengthen muscles and have fun!

1-1 or  1-2  Individual Pilates ideal to establish Basic Principles of Pilates, for having your session at a time to suit you or if there are any specific issues, injuries or medical requirements.
