All classes (except those stating Pay as you Go option) must be booked and paid for in advance. This is to ensure safe classes and optimum enjoyment and progressions.
There are no refunds for missed classes, however attendance at another class may be possible, subject to space and prior arrangement, within the same block.
Clients on monthly schemes paying by bank transfer will be provided with their specific Terms & Conditions prior to commencement.
Individual and Massage appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise a fee up to the cost of treatment will be charged.
